- Third-Party Supplier Control
HotCarsDeal acts solely as a third-party booking facilitator.
All rentals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the individual supplier’s policies.
- Booking Confirmation Requirement
For telephone bookings:
- Booking details are sent via email or electronic document
- Booking proceeds only after written or electronic confirmation(“I agree”, “I acknowledge”, or digital signature)
- Charges made after confirmation are considered authorized
- Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellation rules vary by supplier and rate type
- Some bookings are fully refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable
- Refund eligibility depends on supplier approval and confirmation status
4. Service / Facilitation Fees
HotCarsDeal may charge a service or facilitation fee.
This fee is non-refundable, even if the supplier refunds the rental amount.
5. No-Shows & Early Returns
- No refunds for no-shows
- No refunds for unused rental days or early returns
6. Counter Payments
Amounts paid directly at the rental counter (deposits, insurance upgrades, fuel, extras) are controlled solely by the supplier and are not refundable by HotCarsDeal.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, customers agree to contact support@hotcarsdeal.com.
Call recordings, electronic acknowledgments, and booking confirmations may be used as dispute evidence.
Nothing limits statutory consumer rights under U.S. law.
