Golden Horizon Travel LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States.

By accessing this Website, using our services, or completing a booking online or over the telephone, you

agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our

services.

  1. Role of HotCarsDeal (Third-Party Disclosure)

1.1 HotCarsDeal acts strictly as a third-party travel service facilitator and booking agent.

1.2 We do not own, operate, manage, or control any rental vehicles.

1.3 All car rental services are provided by independent third-party car rental suppliers (“Suppliers”).

1.4 Your rental agreement is directly between you and the Supplier and is subject to the Supplier’s terms,

policies, and rules.

  1. Booking Channels & Technology Platforms

2.1 Bookings may be completed through: – This Website – Third-party technology platforms or APIs –

Telephone-assisted bookings with our agents

2.2 In certain cases, users may be redirected to third-party booking or payment platforms to complete a

reservation.

2.3 HotCarsDeal is not responsible for: – Technical issues on third-party platforms – Pricing or availability

changes after redirection – Failures, delays, or errors occurring outside our systems

  1. Eligibility Requirements

To complete a booking, you must: – Meet the minimum age requirement set by the Supplier (usually 21+) –

Hold a valid driver’s license accepted at the rental location – Possess a valid credit or debit card in the

renter’s name – Meet all Supplier-specific requirements

  1. 1 Telephone Bookings & Electronic Consent

4.1 For telephone-based bookings, HotCarsDeal follows a mandatory electronic consent process.

4.2 Prior to booking confirmation, customers are provided with booking details, pricing, Supplier terms, and

policies via email or electronic document.

4.3 Customers must explicitly confirm acceptance by one of the following methods: – Digital signature –

Written electronic acknowledgment – Affirmative email response such as “I agree” or “I acknowledge”

4.4 Bookings are processed only after such confirmation is received.

4.5 This electronic acceptance constitutes valid and legally binding consent under applicable U.S. laws,

including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform

Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

  1. Payments & Card-Not-Present Authorization

5.1 Payments may be processed online or manually following telephone-based consent.

5.2 In cases where customers voluntarily provide card details over the phone, the transaction is classified as

a card-not-present transaction.

5.3 By providing payment details and confirming acceptance electronically, you authorize HotCarsDeal to

process the payment on your behalf.

5.4 Payments are processed using PCI-DSS compliant payment processors, such as Stripe, through secure

systems hosted on controlled cloud infrastructure.

5.5 HotCarsDeal does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive authentication data.

  1. Pricing, Fees & Counter Charges

6.1 Displayed prices may include estimated rental charges, applicable taxes, and a service or facilitation

fee charged by HotCarsDeal.

6.2 Certain charges may be payable directly to the Supplier at the rental counter, including but not limited

to: – Security deposits – Local taxes – Optional extras (insurance upgrades, GPS, child seats)

6.3 Service or facilitation fees charged by HotCarsDeal are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated

otherwise.

  1. 2 Security Deposits

7.1 Most Suppliers require a refundable security deposit at the rental counter.

7.2 Deposit amounts, card types, and refund timelines are determined solely by the Supplier.

7.3 Failure to provide a valid card may result in rental denial with no refund.

  1. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

8.1 Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the Supplier’s policy and the selected rate type.

8.2 Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.

8.3 No refunds are provided for: – No-shows – Early returns – Unused rental days

8.4 Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, subject to Supplier timelines.

  1. Vehicle Use & Rental Rules

You agree to comply with all Supplier rental rules, including restrictions on: – Authorized drivers –

Geographic usage – Mileage limits – Prohibited uses (illegal activity, racing, off-road use)

  1. Insurance, Damage & Liability

10.1 Insurance coverage, if included, is subject to Supplier terms and local laws.

10.2 You are responsible for: – Vehicle damage, loss, or theft – Deductibles or excess amounts – Tolls, fines,

penalties, and violations

  1. Limitation of Liability

11.1 HotCarsDeal shall not be liable for acts, errors, or omissions of Suppliers or third-party platforms.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotCarsDeal’s total liability shall not exceed the service or

facilitation fee actually paid.

  1. 3 Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

12.1 Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact support@hotcarsdeal.com

to allow us an opportunity to resolve the issue.

12.2 This requirement aligns with card network rules encouraging merchant-customer resolution prior to

formal disputes.

12.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

  1. Intellectual Property

All Website content, trademarks, and materials are the property of HotCarsDeal or its licensors and may not

be used without written permission.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural

disasters, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or system failures.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Delaware.

  1. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes

acceptance of the updated Terms.
